Product Description
A NND OIL & GAS chemical injection quill is a device designed to ensure that chemicals are injected directly into the centre of a pipeline allowing for an even dispersal of the chemical with the process fluids.
Ensuring that the chemicals is injected directly into the centre of a pipeline, will prevent the concentrated chemicals from direct attacking at the side of the pipework, which could cause corrosion or degradation of the pipework as well as reducing the contact efficiency of the chemicals being dosed.

DOUBLE BALL & BLEED TYPE INJECTION QUILL
Injection Quills with Double Block and Bleed Valve are used where there is an often requirement to take a sample of the process fluid or inject a particular chemical directly into the process stream at full operating pressures and temperatures.
Using the primary and secondary isolation valves the required chemical is injected directly into the process stream. It is usual for Injection Valves to be fitted with a non-return check valve that only opens when chemicals are injected into the process line thus preventing back flow out of the process stream.
FIXED TYPE INJECTION QUILL
Non-retractable (Fixed Type) quill are best suited for installations that can be shut down or isolated for maintenance of chemical injection process.
